Adjust the bed

BED CONTROL -sovelluksen avulla voit ohjata säädettävää sänkyäsi matkapuhelimella tai tabletilla.

Sovellus sisältää samat toiminnot kuin kaukosäädin. Lisäksi sovelluksen kautta saat käyttöösi lisäominaisuuksia (saatavilla sängyissä, joissa on HC Frame Standard- tai HC Frame Advanced -runko).

Säädettävissä sängyissämme on langaton kaukosäädin, ja kaukosäätimen tyyppi vaihtelee mallin mukaan. Täältä löydät yleiskatsauksen eri malleista:

Kun säädettävä sänkysi toimitetaan, kaukosäätimen pitäisi olla valmiiksi yhdistetty sänkyyn. Jos kaukosäädin ei toimi, voit yhdistää sen helposti itse.

If you are experiencing problems with the remote control, the motor, or if there is a power outage, you can adjust the bed manually using the mechanical emergency lowering function.

• Use the hex key that you will find on the motor underneath the bed.
• Adjust the bed to the desired position.

• Check that the motor is connected to power, and that there is power in the wall outlet.
• Replace the battery/batteries. (Applies to remote controls where the battery can be replaced.)
• Try connecting a remote control that works (from the other bed) to the bed that is not functioning, to make sure the motor is not defective.
• Try reconnecting the remote control to the bed.
• Is the bed adjusting up or down using the app? (Applies to beds with Bluetooth and not older models with radio frequency.)
• New remote control or motor can be purchased at our retailers.
