How to choose the right bed

If you are one of those who prefer to sleep on the side, it is important to check that your spine is as straight as possible. This results in better relaxation, calmer sleep and not least – better quality sleep. Wonderland’s beds are available in two or three different firmness levels so that both you and your partner get the right firmness.

1: YOUR BACK

If you sleep on your side, it is important that your spine is as straight as possible to get a comfortable sleeping position, a good night’s sleep and to avoid back pain.

2: YOUR SHOULDER

The shoulder zone in the bed has to be soft in order to help the shoulder to come down into the mattress. This provides better a better position, and better relief, for both your neck and back. A bed with a softer shoulder zone is particularly important if you previously have experienced back or shoulder pains.

3: YOUR HIPS

The hip area are the heaviest part of the body and needs a firmer hip zone to avoid that your hips are sinking too far into the mattress. When the hips are properly supported, the spine can be straightened and you get better relaxation and sleep quality. If you choose a bed with Wonderland’s adjustable hip zone, you can also adjust the firmness according to how much support you want under your hip.
