Getting enough sleep is essential to feel well-rested. Sleep affects our entire body and can often affect our mood, alertness and concentration.
According to a Nordic sleep survey from 2022, as many as 4 out of 10 are not satisfied with their sleep and don’t feel well-rested. Here are some tips that can help you to improve your sleep quality.
1: Choose your bed according to
YOUR SLEEPING POSITION
To get the best possible sleeping quality, it is important to choose your bed according to your favourite sleeping position.
Several sleep surveys show that sleeping on your side is the most common sleeping position. That is also why Wonderland set extra focus on how the bed should be designed to give the best quality sleep when sleeping on the side. How to improve sleep quality

optimizing your bedroom
What is important for you to get the best possible sleep? Do you prefer when it is colder or warmer, pitch black or a bit of night light, thin or thick duvet, many pillows, or is just one enough?
The general recommendation is that the bedroom should be calm, dark and adequately regulated. Take your time and find out what works best for you.
The height of your pillow
Do you have a good pillow that provides the correct relaxation for your back and neck? The position of your neck will also affect how well you can sleep. Try different pillow heights to find the one that best suits you and your sleeping position. Wonderland offers both a high and a low pillow.

It can be difficult to fall asleep if your body or mind is in high gear. Try to establish a routine of relaxing activities before bedtime.
